Different Rules for Different Fools

Update from the cube farm. I always thought that people were to adjust and live respectively with the rules. Instead it seems people make the rules fit to meet their needs. One of the better vegetables was "canned." No write ups necessary just canned because the supervisor did not like her and went out of her way to find cause for firing.

Personally I think the recently canned vegetable is better off getting away from the farm and should literally look for better pastures or more fertile beds to grow in. Rumor has it that there was supposed to be a new farmer starting but had decided not to take the position, smart move on the farmer's part. It takes a lot of strength to survive the cube farm. Especially when others have the power to decide whether or not you are ripe for the picking (e.g. promotion) or rotten and headed for the compost pile. Where you are destined become worm fodder.
