Can't Sleep, Must Knit

Simply cannot sleep this evening so I must knit! I am working on my Noro Kureyon 10 stitch blanket in number 149. The pattern in quite simple plus it is in garter stitch, all knit, which makes it a breeze to get through and only 10 stitches. I am working it on two double points, cool huh? Next week I have an exam for my Master's program and on Thursday, a little treat for myself, I will be going to my Hardanger class in Montrose. To the right is my first little "doodle" in Hardanger. Unfortunately the details are a little blurred but the key point is it was fun to make. I have a larger project going and will be taking that with me to class next week. But I think I need to work on my cutting a little bit more before I start cutting on my big project. In order to do this I can either do more little doodles or work on smaller projects. I still have to learn how to do Greek Crosses though and maybe I can move onto that in my next class. I don't think I have shared my small doily on here. For whatever reason I have been really into making frilly, foofy, lacy things lately. Who am i kidding? I have always liked the frilly things in life. The doily needs some serious blocking but it looks quite nice and is so small you can barely use it as a coaster. LOL

Peace, love, and light to all!
